Refund policy
You may request a full refund before the licence invitation is sent. If we cannot provide the licence invitation or if you encounter activation issues we cannot resolve, we will refund the service fee. Once the licence is successfully activated on your Autodesk account, the service fee is non-refundable except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Support limitations
The guarantee does not cover Autodesk outages, changes to Autodesk products or terms, unsupported devices, invalid or expired subscriptions, third-party plugins, project files, or problems caused by changes outside our support work.

You will receive an invitation link via email to download and activate the software directly from the official Autodesk portal to test it yourself. If you choose to upgrade to the full package, the €25 is fully credited toward the total, leaving a balance of €125.
Can you install every Autodesk application?
You can download and activate any supported applications included in the subscription and compatible with your computer directly from the Autodesk portal.
What does the three-year guarantee cover?
It covers both the Autodesk licence and reasonable reinstall and reactivation support for the duration of the period — by email and WhatsApp.
